Hestan Cue Promo Codes for October 2026

Decent, but pricy

I picked up the Smart Skillet during a holiday sale, got about 10% off. It arrived in about a week. The pan itself feels pretty solid, good weight to it. Connecting it to the app was fine, nothing complicated. I tried out a few of the guided recipes, like for chicken breast, and it did a good job keeping the temperature steady. It's definitely different from just using a regular pan. My only thought is it's a bit on the expensive side for just one pan, even with the discount.

Smart Sauté Pan works well

Bought a Smart Sauté Pan. Good quality, non-stick. Paired easily with my existing burner. Cooked perfect scrambled eggs. No issues, fast shipping. Will buy more pans soon.

Good system, some app quirks

I purchased the Hestan Cue Smart Cooking System, which included the Induction Burner and a Smart Chef Pan. Ordering was straightforward on their website; I used the new customer offer, which gave me $75 off the bundle. The package arrived in about five days, reaching my home in Ohio without any issues. Setup was simple enough, connecting the burner to the app and then pairing the pan. The guided cooking recipes are really helpful for things like searing steak or making sauces – the temperature control is precise. I found the Smart Chef Pan to be of good quality, non-stick worked well. My main observation is that the app sometimes disconnects, requiring a quick re-pair, which can be a minor interruption during cooking. Support was responsive when I inquired about a specific recipe feature, replying within a day. Overall, a great tool for anyone looking to improve their cooking accuracy.
